The Religious Studies Major in SPS Undergraduate provides students with a strong foundation in Religious Studies. The Religious Studies major provides four areas of emphasis: an Academic focus which will provide the scholarly background needed by the potential student of Theology who intends to continue his or her studies in graduate school, and a focus in Spirituality which will provide knowledge of spiritual tradition and interpersonal implications of spirituality for students who are either already involved in leadership roles in the spiritual community or who wish to explore their personal spiritual journey. The four emphasis areas are:

• Academic Religious Studies
• Peace and Social Justice
• Spiritually
• Catholic Studies

Catholic Ministries Scholarship Program

A limited number of full-tuition scholarships are offered for Regis University undergraduate courses in Religious Culture/Studies.  Approved Regis University coursework applies towards the requirements of the Diocesan Catechist Certification Program.
