Saint Anne Catholic School, a ministry of Saint Anne Roman Catholic Church, is accepting applications for two (2) faculty members to teach in the 6th, 7th, and 8th Grades Team. Faculty members at Saint Anne work in teams sharing instructional duties at the various levels (1st and 2nd Grades Team; 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades Team; 6th, 7th, and 8th Grades Team). Faculty members are also responsible for instruction in their Home Room.
Faculty members in the 6th, 7th and 8th Grades Team teach their own religion and one of four (4) levels of mathematics beginning with the 2010-2011 school year. Prospective faculty members must be able to teach reading as we expand our “levels” program to include reading at the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year.
Depending upon academic preparation, previous teaching experience, interest, ability and master scheduling, faculty members will be responsible for a combination of at least two of the following in the 6th, 7th and 8th Grades: social studies, reading, science, English, and composition.
Applicants with strength(s) in mathematics, science, social studies and reading are encouraged to apply. Interviews will begin April 1, 2010.
